Merge Melons is a game of connecting similar fruits to create different fruits. Your task is to combine fruits so that they grow into giant watermelons.
The game starts with a small box containing different fruits: lemons, mangosteens, oranges, apples, dragon fruits, coconuts, etc. Your goal is to drop and match identical fruits to create larger fruits, eventually leading to the largest fruit of all, the watermelon. As you progress, the game becomes more complex as more fruits appear, each requiring careful thinking and planning to make room for the next matches.
Drop Fruits: Different fruits, such as apples, oranges, and lemons, will appear one by one. Your task is to drop them onto the board in strategic positions where they can be combined with identical fruits.
Merge Fruits: When two identical fruits touch each other, they combine to form a larger fruit. For example, two apples combine to form an orange, two oranges combine to form a lemon, and so on. The goal is to keep combining fruits into progressively larger ones.
Make Watermelons: The final challenge is to combine two large fruits to form a watermelon. Once you have matched enough fruits to get a watermelon, your score will skyrocket and the satisfaction of seeing giant fruits on the board is well worth it.
Power-ups: If you find yourself stuck with a messy board, Merge Melons provides useful power-ups to help you speed up. They can clear unwanted fruits, shuffle the board, or help you strategically place fruits for optimal merging.
Clearing Watermelons: Once you have successfully merged two watermelons, they will disappear from the board, freeing up space and giving you a well-deserved score bonus. This keeps the game dynamic and gives you room to continue merging.
